STUD SERVICE CONTRACT
This contract is to certify:
A. That the said sire is a prooven stud.
B.Was bred to ____________,belonging to_______
C.The sire is__________ with DNA# ________
  on the following dates______ & is due to 
whelp on or near the following dates______
           CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The stud fee for this service is ______ 
The fee must be paid at time of first tie
of breeding,in Cash only.In the event that
the breeding is for 1 pick of the litter puppy
The Dam owner will take said Dam to a licensed
Vetrinarian for examination at six weeks from
date of breeding to assure sire owner if said
Dam is pregnant.The sire owner will recieve
a legal document from said vetrinarian at
this time.In the event that said Dam does not 
become pregnant with the first breeding,there 
will be a second breeding at no charge.In the
case of a pick of the litter puppy and there
is only one puppy,the Dam owner will choose
to render the cash stud fee or puppy.The Dam 
owner must present a current negative 
BRUCELLOSIS test prior to breeding.
